Apple Mint

Apple Mint is one of our favorite mints to use in tea. It has a soft, refreshing mint flavor with a slightly sweet, fruity character that is gentler than peppermint or spearmint.

Because of its mild flavor, Apple Mint blends beautifully with herbs that may not have much flavor on their own, helping create a more enjoyable and balanced cup of tea. It pairs especially well with floral, earthy, and mild herbal ingredients and can also be enjoyed by itself as a simple, refreshing herbal tea.

Flavor: Mild minty, slightly sweet, fresh, and subtly fruity
Great for: Herbal tea blends, iced tea, hot tea, and adding flavor to milder herbs

This version is freeze dried increasing the flavor and shelf life. It comes in .5 oz packages making about 1 gallon of tea for 16 8 oz servings.
