Arnica Flower

Arnica Flower is a well-known traditional herb most commonly used in external herbal preparations such as infused oils, salves, balms, and compresses. The dried flowers have a mild, earthy, slightly bitter aroma and are often included in herbal body-care blends.

Arnica is especially popular in traditional preparations made for tired muscles and everyday bumps and bruises. It pairs well with other herbs commonly used in topical products, including calendula, comfrey, lavender, and St. John’s wort.
