Goldenrod is a bright, aromatic herb traditionally used in herbal wellness preparations. Its slightly bitter, earthy flavor makes it a useful addition to urinary wellness, seasonal and everyday herbal tea blends.

Pairs Well With:
Nettle leaf, dandelion leaf, corn silk, marshmallow root, lemon balm, peppermint, spearmint, rose hips and hibiscus.

Blending Tip:
For a gentle urinary wellness blend, pair goldenrod with nettle leaf, corn silk and marshmallow root. Add peppermint or lemon balm for a smoother, fresher flavor.

Other Uses:
Goldenrod may also be used in herbal infusions, bath blends and traditional botanical preparations.
