Made with chamomile, valerian root, passion flower, and honey bush vanilla tea, this blend also includes the unexpected twist of banana and strawberry. The addition of skullcap will help you relax as the valerian root and passion flower will ease your muscles into a deep rest state.  All of our sleep teas work and work well with no groggy feeling in the morning. 

Boil water, steep 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf in an infuser for 5 minutes, remove the infuser, and add cream and sugar to taste before enjoying.
