Winter Wood Tonic
Appalachian Herbal Tea • Small Batch • Seasonal Wellness • Caffeine Free
I spent a lot of time climbing white pines in my youth, coming down covered in scrapes and sap. I didn’t realize just how special those trees were until later in life.
Now those same white pines inspire Winter Wood Tonic, a woodsy Appalachian herbal tea hand-blended in small batches with freeze-dried white pine needles, wild-foraged elderberries, mountain mint, apple mint, and ginger.
It’s fresh, earthy, minty, and warming — the kind of tea that feels like stepping outside on a cold mountain morning and taking in a deep breath of the woods.
